Health Metrics is pleased to announce a new partnership with Eldercare, one of South Australia’s largest and most experienced not-for-profit aged care and retirement living providers.
The official agreement between the two companies will see Health Metrics’ eCase software platform implemented at Eldercare’s 12 residential aged care facilities located across the greater Adelaide and Yorke Peninsula regions, starting at Evanston Park in October 2023.
Eldercare will deploy eCase’s core residential aged care solution, including a mobile app for staff, as well as eCase’s CRM, medication management and catering modules.
Having undertaken an exhaustive tender process, Eldercare selected Health Metrics as their preferred vendor for their Clinical System Replacement Project. The two companies then worked together to undertake a scoping and planning exercise resulting in a detailed solution design document.
“Eldercare has a unique model of care that not only optimises the quality of care but takes into account the preferences of each resident receiving care,” said Paul Brindle, CEO of Health Metrics.
“Rather than a traditional vendor-provider relationship, this is an exciting partnership with real benefits for both parties. As we invest more in our product to meet Eldercare’s innovative requirements, our existing customer base will also benefit from the enhancements to eCase,” he said.
“When Eldercare embarked on this process it was clear that there was a gap in the market for aged care solutions that would allow us to continue to deliver on our exceptional model of care. Being able to work with Health Metrics in a collaborative manner has ensured that we now have a system fit for purpose for our model of care.
I congratulate Health Metrics on being agile and open to working with Eldercare in this manner and we look forward to continuing to work with the team as we roll out this new system,” said Jane Pickering, Chief Executive of Eldercare.
Established in 2008, Health Metrics is Australian owned and operated. With a focus on customer support, the company offers local product development and can quickly respond to customer needs.
In addition to their residential aged care facilities, Eldercare offers a wide range of affordable retirement living options with 12 villages in prime locations across South Australia. Their newest care centre in Goodwood will represent a new frontier in aged care, offering a truly homelike environment with the latest technology to support health and wellbeing.
